From blank page to a full week of scheduled content — here's exactly how PilotMode works, step by step.
On screen: A populated seven-day calendar/week view, with the finished week visible before any setup.
Voiceover: “One idea. A week of content. Watch me build it in PilotMode.”
On screen: The dashboard’s Plan step and the calendar planning controls.
Voiceover: “First, I open Plan, choose my niche, platform, and content pillars, and generate a seven-day calendar.”
On screen: The generated calendar cards, then the dashboard’s Script step and /generate.
Voiceover: “Now I open Script, add the idea I want to teach, choose YouTube Shorts and a pillar, and generate three variations.”
On screen: Generated script cards with their Hook, Body, and Call to Action sections, plus the existing Copy and Edit controls.
Voiceover: “I pick the version I want, then copy it or edit the hook, body, and call to action.”
On screen: The dashboard’s Schedule step and /schedule week view; show the existing day edit affordance and an upcoming entry labeled Upcoming.
Voiceover: “Finally, I open Schedule to review the week, edit a day if I need to, and see what’s upcoming.”
On screen: Return to the finished week and show an end card: Join the early testing group.
Voiceover: “If you’re an active Creator or Studio user, open your dashboard and use the early-testing invite to join PilotMode’s early testing group and share how you create.”
Head to /generate and pick your niche — fitness, personal finance, lifestyle, whatever you create around. Then choose a content pillar (education, entertainment, personal story) and hit generate. PilotMode writes a complete, ready-to-record script in seconds.
Once your script is ready, tap the teleprompter icon. It scrolls the text at your pace so you can record hands-free without memorizing anything.
Go to /calendar and PilotMode generates a full 7-day posting schedule — one script per day, each using a different content pillar. No two days repeat the same pillar, so your feed stays varied and your audience stays engaged.
Every day shows the pillar category, the script title, and a preview. Tap any day to edit the script or swap it for something else.
Every script you generate is automatically saved to your content library at /library. Search by niche, pillar, or keyword. Edit any script directly from the library.
Your library is your personal content bank — the more you use PilotMode, the richer it gets. Old scripts can be refreshed and reused on a 90-day rotation.
From the calendar, tap the Buffer button on any day to queue that script directly to Instagram or TikTok. Connect your Buffer account once in settings — after that it's one tap per post.
Your posts go into Buffer's queue with the caption and hashtags already written. Set your preferred posting times in Buffer and it handles the rest automatically.
